I’m not actually sure but I think it’s the Flu season these days. A lot of my colleagues are sick and my cousin and uncle are sick as well. Do you agree? What’s happening?! Is it because of the change of weather or it’s just virus? I’m not really sure!
After seeing a number of “victims”, I suddenly had the urge to go to the GP and get a flu vaccine. I was supposed to get one early this month but things get busy so I forgot all about that. I probably need to visit one very soon to avoid the virus! Is there a particular vaccine I need to get or just the generic one? Well, I think I need to confirm it with the GP.
So how to avoid getting sick? Hmm, let me see… First, double dose with vitamin C and drink more fluids. Next, make sure that you’re taking good care of your personal hygiene. It is recommended to wash your hands with a nice soap as often as possible. This is because germs can spread out quickly so it is best to have a clean hands every time. I also bring hand sanitisers and mini disinfectant alcohols with me all the time. It’s always true that avoidance is better than cure. Lastly, exercise! It helps build immune system so you risk getting sick.
That should help you, I hope.
What are your plans to avoid flu?
