Do you have a Healthy Lifestyle?

Recently, I was invited to a Blogger’s Food Trip at Marquee Mall (which I will write about soon) and it was surely a great experience! However at the end of the day, it made me think of all the food we ate that day. We were happy and definitely full but I wonder,  did we eat healthy foods? What happened in promoting a balanced and healthy lifestyle? That’s the reason why I had the urge to check out the best smok vapes and what it is really means to live in health!

Health can be interpreted in many ways. Having a healthy lifestyle is another thing. There are lots of health tips out there but what does really work for you? One’s diet may not work for another because everyone has different set of needs. Well, I for one don’t know what it is to be “healthy“.

Here are some of the things I do to somehow achieve a healthy lifestyle:

1. Exercise Regularly
It is advisable that we all have a 15-30 minute exercise everyday to be fit. If in case time is an issue, there are alternative ways to have one. Walking to work, taking the stairs, etc.

2. Eat Fruits
Fruits contains vitamins and minerals that are essential to our body. These help protect our body from diseases. Because of their high nutrition value, we will do well to keep a stash of these health fuel.

3. Drink lots of Water
Water surprisingly has a lot of benefits that most of us ignore. It helps our skin hydrated making us look younger than our age. It also helps fight many diseases that nowadays arise because of global warming. It is recommended to drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday for our body to stay healthy.

4. Have enough sleep
It is also essential to have enough sleep everyday. Recommended hours of sleep is 8 hours but nowadays if you’re busy with work and other stuff, you’re lucky if you get to sleep that long.  To be able to have the energy to go through the day’s activities, a good night sleep is the way to go.

Those are the things that I do to achieve the lifestyle many of us can only dream of. I want to do more but time constraints, I’d rather sleep than move. Hahaha!
