We all know about Haiti‘s calamity. An earthquake with an intensity of 7 struck their country. Since last year, we’ve been experiencing different kinds of calamities world-wide! We experienced Ondoy typhoon calamity and many from UN donated relief goods for our fellow countrymen who were greatly affected by the catastrophe.
Today, the people moved on with their lives and hopefully they’re forgetting the painful memories that the typhoon left.
It’s now our time to help others who are suffering more than we’ve experienced in our country. About a month ago, the company distributed a collection box for the Haiti victims. And I’m proud to say that through the generosity of all the employees, we have collected Php60,000. It was the biggest donation I heard ever since I got hired in this company.
In our General Assembly today, the Ambassador of Haiti received the donation and thanked everyone for the generosity they’ve shown to our brothers and sisters in Haiti. Kudos to everyone! 🙂
