Enderun Extension is Enderun Colleges’ resource for continuing education. The Enderun Extension school offers an open and comprehensive academic curriculum with courses and programs to meet the interests and needs of a diverse public.
Enderun also offers short courses to culinary enthusiasts and food lovers like me. I checked their website and found interesting courses that I would want to learn. However, I’m currently having some budget problems so I would wait until I find a way to fund my schooling.
Currently, they have a 3-month Pastry Art Certificate and the 15-month culinary program. The 3-month Pastry Art Certificate program provides thorough training in pastry, baking and related specializations in Culinary Arts while the 15-month program covers the basics of Culinary Arts including the opportunity for an internship in France. Applications for this 15 months program are open for November 2011 intake.
They also offer other programs aside from the certificate programs and foundation courses for Culinary enthusiasts. They have Language and Tutorial programs, Corporate Culinary Team Building and an exclusive Kiddie programs that are quite interesting.

Chef Sonja Ocampo opened Cupcakes by Sonja in Serendra in 2006, which, after its huge and quick success, she followed with Finale Desserts. From the Institute of Culinary Education in New York she earned her Diploma in Baking and Pastry Arts and Diploma in Culinary Arts. She further specialized with a Diploma on Art of Cake Decorating in the Wilton School of Cake Decorating in Illinois. She was a pastry assistant at Good and Oceana restaurants in New York City, at Bouley in Bakery City, and Gaudi in Makati. She has also been the operations manager at The Good Earth Tea Room at Greenbelt.

Finally, the following ads made me really intrigued and would really really love to enjoy in the near future.
