Random Wednesday: Bookworm Wannabe – Forgotten

I’m done with my 2nd book. Now that’s for the month of July? I’ve finished 2 books in a month! Woohoo!!! *clap clap clap* That’s really an achievement for me so I deserve a pat on the back. Hehe.

Forgotten by Cat Patrick

Anyway, my second book is again a teenage fiction that I got from my cousin’s stack of books. I might be doing a lot of teenage books before moving up to a higher level on reading. I am a beginner here so bear with me. I like books where I can imagine things and would want me to turn the pages with excitement. So, the book is entitled Forgotten by Cat Patrick (279 pages). It’s almost the same as the first one so I think that’s the average number of pages I can handle at the moment. Hahaha!

Well, the story is about a girl who forgets a lot of things. She manages to remember them through her notes. She can only see the future and not the past. She struggles everyday to cope with life but still living it the best way she can.

I remembered the movie 50 First Dates. It’s somehow like that. It’s a teeny bopper kind of book so if you’re an advanced reader, you probably can finish it in one seating. By the end of it, you’ll probably ask yourself… what’s next?! Hahaha!

What’s the lesson of the story? Hhhhmmm, I think you just have to be open and be strong to face the future. It might not be as good as you always want but still live it to the fullest.

Have you read this book?
