Our second day in Caramoan means one whole day of island hopping. We woke up as early as 6am since our call time is 7am.
While waiting for our breakfast, we went to the Survivor’s workshop where they make the props for the show. We thought it’s okay to take pictures but it was prohibited. Nevertheless, we got to take some.
We had eggs and longganisa for breakfast. Right after, we started our day’s adventure.
We were all excited to see the islands of Caramoan and the still water amazes us as we travel by boat.
And finally after 2 hours of boat ride we reached the following destinations:
1. Cotivas Island
We didn’t stay for long since the water there is dangerous. We just took our pictures!
2. Sand Bar
We arrived there during high tide so we witnessed a little water.. after few minutes, it was already low tide and you can see the vast sand all over, literally! We had our lunch there and lots of our photos were taken in this island.
3. Bageing Island
This is near Sabitang Laya island but we didn’t go there since there was a guard stationed there. We just rested in this island for some time.
4. Matukad Island
The best island we went to. This is where the Survivor Series shoots their episodes. Our guide told us that Survivor contracted Caramoan islands for 6 years so some of the islands are prohibited when the Survivor are shooting. We saw Survivor Israel that time then Survivor Sweden is next.
We finished the day exhausted but we definitely enjoyed all the islands.
Dinner time came and we decided to take pictures of the stars and played with the lights. This is night time in Caramoan.
We had dinner and called it a night after the ghost stories we had before dozing off.
